• African Touch Beauty Salon provides professional beauty, wellness, and massage treatments.

• All services are subject to availability and must be booked in advance.

• We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe it is in the best interest of the client or staff.

2. Appointments & Cancellations

• Appointments can be made online, by phone, or in person.

• We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

• Late arrivals of more than 15 minutes may result in a shortened treatment or cancellation.

• Missed appointments without notice may incur a fee.

3. Payments

• Payments are accepted via cash, card, or other approved methods.

• All prices listed are subject to change without prior notice.

• Packages, promotions, and gift vouchers are non-refundable and non-transferable.

4. Health & Safety

• Clients must inform the therapist of any allergies, medical conditions, or injuries prior to treatment.

• African Touch Beauty Salon will not be liable for any undisclosed medical conditions that may affect your treatment.

• For hygiene reasons, children under the age of 12 are not permitted in treatment areas unless receiving a service.

5. Refunds & Returns

• Services are non-refundable once rendered.

• Retail products may be returned within 7 days of purchase if unopened and in original condition, with proof of purchase.

• Refunds will not be issued for used or opened products.

6. Privacy Policy

• We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information.

• Client details are used solely for bookings, payments, and salon communication.

• We do not share personal information with third parties without consent.

7. Gift Vouchers

• Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.

• Vouchers are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

8. Limitation of Liability

• African Touch Beauty Salon will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury sustained during or after treatments, except where caused by negligence.

9. Changes to Terms

• We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.

• Continued use of our website and services signifies acceptance of any changes.
